SANTUARI DE LLUC

Lluc és la “Casa pairal” dels mallorquins: “i dins la llar de sa mare / quin cor no es pot escalfar?. Lluc és casa d’oració: Venturós qui hi pregarà!” (M. Costa i Llobera). Lluc vol ser, en primer lloc, un àmbit de renovació espiritual. A Lluc han pujat sempre els nostres avantpassats en actitud de penediment dels pecats (pujant a peu, resant el rosari, entrant de genollons o descalços a besar la Santa Figura, oferint un ciri o una missa), aprofitant per confessar-se i combregar, per comprar unes cintes o una imatge beneïdes.

Lluc quiere ser, en primer lugar, un ámbito de renovación espiritual. A Lluc han subido siempre nuestros antepasados en actitud de arrepentimiento por los pecados (subiendo a pie, rezando el santo rosario, entrando arrodillados o descalzos a besar la Santa Figura, ofreciendo un cirio o una misa, aprovechando para confesarse y comulgar, para comprar unas cintas o una imagen bendecidas.

Lluc is the “ancestral home” of the Mallorcans: “and whose heart does not find warmth at their mother’s house?” (M. Costa i Llobera). “You are mother to a people who cling to you like ivy to an ancient trunk.” (M. dels Sants Oliver).

At Lluc we seek to offer, above all, an atmosphere of spiritual renovation where the Word of God can be heard. “Because at Lluc hope is reborn and faith shines brighter than ever there”. (T. Aguiló). “Lluc is the house of prayer: fortunate is he who worships there!” (M. Costa i Llobera).

Lluc möchte in erster Linie ein Ort der spirituellen Erneuerung sein. Bereits unsere Vorfahren stiegen regelmäßig nach Lluc hinauf, um ihre Sünden zu bereuen (sie kamen zu Fuß, den Rosenkranz betend, und betraten das Sanktuarium auf Knien oder barfüßig, um die Heilige Madonna zu küssen, eine Altarkerze zu entzünden oder eine Messe zu feiern). Auch wurde die Gelegenheit dazu genutzt, zu beichten und das Abendmahl zu empfangen sowie geweihte Bänder oder Bilder zu kaufen.
